Job Summary
Lead visual merchandising and display by partnering with management to map, plan, and execute floorset timelines that drive sales and seasonal strategy. Maintain daily disciplines for markdowns, promotions, replenishment, and recovery while analyzing reports to improve profitability. Collaborate on substitutions for store layouts, communicate inventory needs to maximize sell-through, and partner with GMs on associate productivity, performance, and talent motivation. Guide new associates through visual training and skill-building activities while modeling genuine customer interest. Perform projects as directed and adhere to all safety, security, and company policies.

- Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time

Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision experience
- 1-2 years experience in home related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities
- Specialty retail experience
