Job Summary
Lead Veterinary Technician, Surgery at SAGE Dublin. Lead to supervise and mentor surgery technicians, assistants, and sterile resource personnel; coordinate department schedules; assist with SOP development, training, and onboarding; provide hands-on nursing care including triage and anesthesia monitoring; ensure cross-functional collaboration and maintain high standards of patient and client care. Requires 3+ years of veterinary clinical experience and at least 2 years of surgery experience; leadership experience preferred. Full-time role based in Dublin, CA with compensation $35-$45 per hour plus benefits and sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of clinical experience in the veterinary industry
- Minimum 2 years of surgery experience
- Proven ability to calculate drug dosages, monitor anesthesia, and perform technical emergency procedures
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
