Job Summary
Guide and mentor the veterinary team while overseeing a varied caseload spanning orthopaedics, soft tissue, cardiology, and diagnostic imaging. Embed Quality Improvement principles to actively improve patient outcomes and shape long-term clinical strategy. Balance hands-on clinical work with dedicated management time to foster a supportive culture. No out-of-hours duties required; schedule includes 1:3 Saturday mornings only with flexible working hours between 8:00am and 7:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- A Veterinary degree and registration (or eligibility to register) with the RCVS
- Experience working in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
