Job Summary
Lead Client Services Representative at East Greenbush Animal Hospital to be the knowledgeable, welcoming leader at the front desk, guiding and mentoring the front desk team, coordinating appointments, and discussing procedures with clients. Responsibilities include coaching CSRs, onboarding new staff, resolving conflicts, handling calls professionally, ensuring accurate scheduling and client communication, maintaining knowledge of hospital services and pricing, supporting workflow with doctors and technicians, managing phones, emails, and online requests, ensuring accurate invoicing and payment processing, and identifying opportunities to improve client experience and front desk processes. Requires 2 years veterinary experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with veterinary software is a plus.
