Lead Veterinary Nurse

Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a brand-new 24/7 veterinary hospital in Cwmbran serving Torfaen and surrounding areas. Lead the clinical team, mentor and develop staff, conduct 1-2-1 meetings, and support rota management. The role includes acting as a clinical coach or progressing toward coaching, overseeing clinic compliance (Health and Safety and RCVS Practice Standards), stock management, regular staff meetings, and developing strategies to grow the hospital’s caseload while delivering affordable, high-quality care. 40 hours per week, 4-day week, weekends on a 2:9 TOIL basis.
