Job Summary
Lead Veterinarian role in a growing small animal hospital near Ogden, UT. Lead by mentoring other veterinarians, partnering with hospital leadership to ensure the team has what it needs to thrive, uphold high medical quality and clinical excellence, and shape the future of the practice while continuing to provide exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include mentoring associate veterinarians, developing a strong, engaged medical team, supporting onboarding and development of new veterinarians, improving workflows and communication, and enhancing the client and patient experience.
