A Full Time Sole Charge Clinic role with a flexible 4-day roster (2 Saturdays in 4), leading a team of experienced vets and nurses, overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, performing consults and routine surgeries, and driving client relationships and business growth. Responsibilities include coaching and developing the team, maintaining high standards of patient care, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, delivering personalized veterinary care, and fostering long-term client relationships. The role emphasizes leadership, people management, time management, and business-minded improvements within a supportive network and training programs.
Required Qualifications
