Lead Veterinarian - Boynton Beach

Lead Veterinarian will provide high-quality veterinary care and leadership within the practice. Responsibilities include supervising medical procedures and patient care, mentoring Associate Veterinarians through coaching and case discussions, leading daily rounds and monthly meetings, coordinating with the Hospital Operations Manager on budgeting, staffing, and productivity, creating and maintaining the Doctor Schedule, driving client satisfaction, handling complaints when necessary, participating in recruitment, and representing GoodVets in the veterinary community.
