Job Summary
Operationalize the Strategic Vendor Governance framework, performance standards, and escalation models to ensure disciplined oversight of TruStage's critical third-party relationships. Oversee enterprise-level vendor performance management, including SLAs, KPIs, and value realization, while holding vendors accountable to transformation roadmaps and innovation commitments. Partner with Procurement, IT, Finance, and Risk teams to drive proactive issue management, execute portfolio reviews, and manage risk mitigation plans for strategic suppliers. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, coaching governance analysts and ensuring vendor behaviors align with contractual commitments and regulatory expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in vendor governance, procurement, sourcing, or outsourced services within regulated industries
- Demonstrated experience leading governance for large, complex vendors (IT services, BPO, managed services)
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including contract interpretation, savings tracking, and benefit realization
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Vendor performance and relationship management
- Financial analysis and value realization
- Risk identification and escalation management
- Change management
- Strategic thinking and executive presence
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience operationalizing governance or vendor management frameworks
