Job Summary
Lead Value Engineer role focusing on translating customers’ strategic objectives into measurable value via Celonis Process Intelligence. You’ll own the end-to-end value journey—from discovery and framing value through to value realization and expansion—working with senior stakeholders (C-level and above) to build business cases, demos, and proofs of value. The role emphasizes evaluating back-office ecosystems (Finance, Supply Chain) across sectors like CPG, Manufacturing, and Automotive, and embedding Celonis as a strategic transformation platform. Responsibilities include framing value, delivering value workshops, presenting results to executives, building strategic roadmaps for adoption and renewal, and providing product feedback to improve the platform. Required experience includes 7+ years in analytical or consulting roles, domain knowledge in Finance/Supply Chain, proficiency with Python/SQL and AI concepts, executive communication, project management across multiple accounts, and a proven track record of driving business outcomes through data analytics and process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in an analytical role focused on business data analysis, process improvement or software deployment
- Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable degree program
- Experience with identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures
- Experience in executive stakeholder management and presenting value roadmaps to senior management
- Knowledge of Business Software / SaaS applications; experience with Python and/or SQL; familiarity with AI concepts
- Experience in planning and managing multiple projects across accounts and collaborating with ecosystem partners
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Industry expertise in manufacturing, automotive, consumer, retail, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals
- Experience with change management and training users/process owners to realize value
- Experience deploying RPA and building dashboards, apps, and action flows
