Job Summary
Define global validation data collection and analytics toolchains across all AGCO engineering sites. Ensure machine fleet data is analyzed to back up DVP definitions in project planning. Drive innovation by implementing simulation methods and reducing validation dependency on physical equipment. Present strategies to site validation leads and act as an internal trainer for global teams. Collaborate with peers to ensure alignment of validation standards across all product lines. Requires 10 years of experience with a degree in data analytics, electronics, or software engineering, plus 4 years in data analytics or AI.
Required Qualifications
- Total 10 years of experience
- 4-year Data Analytics or Electronics, and/or Software (or similar) Engineering Degree
- Minimum 4 years of data-analytics and/or AI experience
- Practical knowledge and experience in AI & data analytics toolchains, methods and processes
- Ability to create usable data analytics templates and tools for the validation sites, based on specifications
- Excellent communication & presentation skills w/ global teams and stakeholders
- Ability and willingness to drive global consistency and commonality in validation practices
