Job Summary
Greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival, open and park vehicles, and handle check-in procedures while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Provide bell services, assist with luggage, and direct guests to amenities and local attractions. Process vehicle claims, secure keys, and reconcile cash drops at the end of each shift. Lead a team by assigning roles and ensuring compliance with safety protocols for wheelchairs and guest confidentiality. Work Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 3pm, driving both manual and automatic transmissions with a clean record.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen
- Must complete the Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park
- Six (6) months related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to drive manual transmission
- Must be able to speak, read and write Standard English language
- Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Must be able to write simple correspondence
- Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and associates
- Must be able to apply reasoning and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Must be able to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Must be able to perform these operations using units of American money
- Must be able to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Must be able to clearly understand rates applicable to time passed
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds of force frequently
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds of force occasionally
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Must have close vision
- Must have distance vision
- Must have color vision
- Must have peripheral vision
- Must have depth perception
- Must be able to adjust focus
- Must be available for travel of up to 5%
- Must be available for work Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm
- Must be willing to work outdoors for extended periods including extreme heat and cold weather
