Job Summary
As the Lead of UXUI, you will manage a team of Digital Product Designers to create innovative User Experiences and Interfaces. Your responsibilities include maintaining and elevating the user experience, applying advanced design principles across multiple platforms, creating user journeys and wireframes, collaborating with engineers, and presenting design concepts to stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses strong design skills, extensive experience in user interface design, and effective communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of experience in user interface design and/or digital product
- A portfolio of work demonstrating effective design processes and interaction design skills across various platforms (e.g., web, mobile, etc.)
- Very strong knowledge of user experience and interface design
- Proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud products and Figma
- Understanding of design systems
- Understanding of design processes
- In addition to design, experience in user research and user testing
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- An understanding of Unreal Engine is a bonus
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must reside within Dallas TX or have a reasonable driving commute to Justin, TX and/or be willing to relocate.
