Lead UX Interaction Designer

Own and drive interaction design for complex features and journeys, ensuring intuitive, scalable, and user-centered solutions across products. Drive UX vision and interaction design strategy across products, leading teams, and shaping scalable design ecosystems. Design High-Quality Interactions with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; translate user needs and research insights into intuitive interaction patterns; design for complex systems (enterprise tools, automotive interfaces, digital platforms); take end-to-end ownership of key features/modules; ensure consistency across touchpoints and adherence to design systems; balance usability, feasibility, and business goals; establish interaction design principles and frameworks; drive end-to-end experience strategy across multiple products or platforms; align UX vision with business goals and product roadmaps. Lead & Collaborate Cross-functionally with UX researchers, product managers, and developers; align with engineering constraints and priorities; guide and mentor senior/junior designers; conduct design reviews and ensure quality across deliverables; build team capability and design maturity. Drive Design Thinking through discovery workshops, ideation, concept validation; iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing; advocate for user-centered design decisions; advocate for UX at strategic and organizational levels. Scale Design Systems & Processes by defining and evolving design systems, interaction patterns, governance; establish best practices, frameworks, and reusable components; improve design workflows and cross-team collaboration.
