Lead UX Designer

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end UX/UI design from discovery, research, synthesis to final delivery for client projects; balance multiple responsibilities across project delivery, pre-sales, and team leadership; apply AI-first software development methodologies to accelerate design workflows; drive client engagements through workshops (10–20 pax) and stakeholder alignment; support and lead pre-sales efforts including crafting proposals and shaping solution approaches; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions; guide and review design work for quality and consistency; mentor and manage designers, providing coaching and feedback; contribute to internal initiatives and resourcing; international mobility opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in UX/UI or product design
- Strong end-to-end project ownership
- Experience contributing to pre-sales proposals and business development efforts
- Experience mentoring junior designers
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional teams
- Solid foundation in user research, interaction design, and/or visual design
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with AI-powered design/development tools (e.g. Figma Make, Claude, Github Copilot)
- Experience leading design teams or mentoring designers
- Passionate about digital innovation and using technology as a force for good
