Job Summary
Lead design across member journeys, credit union tools, and internal products, taking ideas from early discovery through prototypes, testing, and shipped experiences. Own and evolve the design system across responsive design, accessibility, localization, and dark mode, creating clear specifications that help AI agents and engineers implement with accuracy. Review what ships, learn from users, and partner closely with engineers, customers, and stakeholders to raise the product quality bar. This role sits within the Research & Development Team's Product Management Group, focusing on building credit-health tools for credit unions where clear, accessible design matters for high-stakes moments.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of product design experience
- A portfolio that shows strong systems thinking and excellent craft in complex flows such as forms, disclosures, or data-rich interfaces
- Accessibility built into your process
- Comfort with AI design and prototyping tools
- Curiosity about agent-built product development
- The ability to work autonomously
- The ability to communicate clearly
- The ability to carry design decisions through production
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fintech or another regulated field
