Lead UX Designer

Lead UX Designer responsible for end-to-end UX direction across client engagements, shaping intuitive, scalable experiences and shipping deliverables. Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering teams to define scope, priorities, and tradeoffs that protect the user experience. Translate ambiguous business goals into user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models. Facilitate alignment across client stakeholders and internal teams via workshops and clear deliverables. Develop UX patterns and design foundations to improve consistency, reduce rework, and accelerate delivery. Achieves outcomes such as improved conversion, engagement, clearer navigation, and smoother onboarding. Requires ability to turn questions into structured flows and decisions, and to grow as a Lead UX Designer through feedback and teamwork. About you: 6+ years of experience designing digital products, proven ability to bring structure and momentum in busy environments, strong collaboration across clients, product teams, and engineers, and a track record of shipping polished UX that improves usability, engagement, or conversion. This is a contract role with a contractor pool; compensation determined by experience and project needs; remote work is supported for an EM EA region.
