Job Summary
The Lead Ultrasound Tech will provide administrative and technical leadership for the Antenatal Testing Unit (ATU), coordinating daily operations to ensure quality service delivery. Responsibilities include supervising technical staff, scheduling sonographers, monitoring patient flow, managing equipment and supplies, and maintaining compliance logs. The ideal candidate must have an Associate's degree in a relevant field and RDMS certification, with significant experience in OB/GYN ultrasound and previous supervisory roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, time management, and teamwork are essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years experience in Level 2 OB/GYN ultrasound
- Certification RDMS (Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) required
- Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
