Job Summary
Lead Twos Teacher in a The Learning Experience early childhood classroom for 2-year-olds. Responsible for leading daily routines and activities, implementing developmentally appropriate learning experiences, encouraging language development and social-emotional skills, maintaining a safe and engaging classroom, guiding transitions (meals, centers, group activities), and partnering with families. Collaboration with assistant teachers and center leadership, adherence to NJ childcare licensing requirements, and ongoing professional development are emphasized. Requires a high school diploma and NJ licensing prerequisites; prior childcare experience and experience with toddlers/twos are strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
