Job Summary
Lead a 2-year-old toddler classroom, implementing the LEAP curriculum, guiding assistant teachers, supporting routines, observing and documenting developmental progress, and building strong partnerships with families while ensuring licensing compliance and a nurturing, structured environment for toddlers.
Required Qualifications
- CDA credential preferred
- Minimum 6 months classroom experience with toddlers or preschool-aged children (1+ year preferred)
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
- CPR and First Aid preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to meet all New Jersey childcare licensing and background requirements
