Lead Two's Teacher

Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities using the Wonder of Learning® curriculum to engage and support each child's growth. Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment while supervising children during indoor and outdoor activities to uphold health and safety standards. Maintain open communication with families regarding their child's progress and daily activities, and observe, assess, and document learning to inform activities. Support Assistant Teachers and Resource Teachers by fostering a collaborative team environment and modeling positive guidance strategies for social-emotional growth. Participate actively in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Work an 8-5 or 9-6 schedule at the Goddard School in Chester Springs, PA, within state-of-the-art facilities designed to help every child become a joyful, confident learner.
