Job Summary
Coordinate system and area turnover packages digitally and physically for startup and client delivery. Schedule and lead walkdowns across construction, startup, and client scopes while scribing punch list items into tracking systems. Oversee the punch listing program, validate inspections, and ensure all documentation and forms are compiled for turnover. Lead day-to-day activities for a team of technical and administrative personnel, leveraging data to drive strategy development. Manage priorities with the construction manager for subcontracted work and coordinate directly with supervision teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- 12-14 years of relevant work experience
- Previous experience in field engineering or construction supervision
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to oversee, prioritize, and execute multiple assignments involving multiple internal and external organizations
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of P&IDs, Single Line Diagrams and Civil/Structural drawings
- Industrial Construction experience
- Experience with LNG facility
