Job Summary
Design and govern the Treasury policy framework, developing, maintaining, and reviewing standards, procedures, and governance documentation aligned with regulatory expectations. Lead end-to-end Flow of Funds ownership by producing accurate diagrams and supporting documentation for all products, legal entities, and funding structures throughout the product lifecycle. Partner with Product Managers from concept to launch to ensure Treasury requirements are incorporated into design, challenging and influencing product efficiency and compliance. Build strong relationships across Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to drive high-quality outcomes without direct authority, while supporting regulatory reviews, internal audits, and external audit requests. Coordinate cross-functional reviews to ensure documentation reflects operational processes and safeguarding arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Significant Treasury experience within a fintech, digital bank or retail banking environment
- Strong understanding of payment flows, safeguarding, liquidity management and Treasury operations
- Experience developing Treasury policies, governance frameworks or operational procedures
- Demonstrable experience producing and maintaining Flow of Funds documentation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Product Managers and senior business leaders without direct authority
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex processes into clear documentation
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives within a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting new product launches within a regulated financial services business
- Understanding of payment schemes, acquiring, issuing, lending and customer funds
- Knowledge of FCA or equivalent regulatory expectations relating to Treasury governance and safeguarding
- Experience working with international or multi-entity Treasury structures
