Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate complex carrier operations tasks within the Transportation team by leading, coordinating, and triaging customer and carrier inquiries. Implement established processes to support carriers and partners with management on operational planning, workflow improvements, and key initiatives. Perform data analysis to identify trends, monitor performance indicators, and provide research insights into business challenges. Support the creation and maintenance of SOPs, policies, and process documentation while proposing improvements to enhance efficiency. Act as a liaison between management and the team to facilitate communication, troubleshoot issues, and assist with special projects to ensure smooth operations and successful execution.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years' customer service and transportation, supply chain, or logistics experience
- Complex problem-solving ability
- Dedicated team leadership skills
- Demonstrated partnership skills, including peers and stakeholders
- Proven customer service ability
- Communication and organizational skills
- Sense of urgency and self-motivation
- Experience with business technology, including Microsoft Office or G Suite, and Salesforce
