Job Summary
Transport individuals to appropriate programs in a safe and timely manner while ensuring the safety of passengers and families. Complete all vehicle logs, safety checks, and required paperwork daily, and communicate vehicle concerns to resolve issues quickly. Gas vehicles as needed using established procedures and represent the Agency professionally by interacting with individuals and parents in a courteous manner. Cooperate with safety procedures, report suspected code of ethics violations, and accommodate professionals receiving vehicles to fulfill their responsibilities. Fill in for the Director of Fleet and Transportation when required regarding the fleet schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Valid NYS driver's license that meets agency standards
- Three (3) years driving experience
