Job Summary
Lead comprehensive reviews of all Operational Contract Support tasks, products, doctrine, and policy, authoring recommendation memorandums for training revisions. Plan, execute, and oversee the annual Critical Task and Site Selection Board, finalizing high-priority lists and delivering board minutes within two working days. Direct annual analyses for complex individual and collective tasks, generating prioritized milestone schedules and development memorandums. Design, develop, and modernize OCS training products, including Interactive Media Instruction and Distance Learning, while optimizing delivery schedules against Estimated Time Values. Serve as the lead reviewer for Army Logistics University OCS Course products, ensuring currency and legal sufficiency. Oversee historical achievements and future operational workload requirements, acting as the subject matter expert for training data maintenance using TD2 and TRIMIS. This senior-level role supports the US Army Combined Arms Support Command, TRADOC Proponent Office for Operational Contract Support, and requires an active Secret Clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Active SECRET clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years' experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365, and Adobe Pro
- 6 years' of increasing experience in military training development
- Experience in developing training products or attending training on using Articulate Storyline 360
- Mastery-level proficiency using TD2 and TRIMIS to build, maintain, and audit complex enterprise training architectures
- Ability to work on-site at Fort Lee, VA
