Job Summary
Lead initial and ongoing training for organizations and community partners licensed to deliver Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging's evidence-based programs, including BRI Care Consultation and SHARE for Dementia. Provide technical assistance, consultation, and fidelity monitoring to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation while developing training manuals and addressing specific organizational needs. Cultivate relationships with healthcare providers and strategic partners to support marketing, licensing, and expansion efforts, and represent these programs in national and state initiatives. Participate in research studies, presentations, and outreach activities to increase awareness and utilization, while monitoring emerging evidence to strengthen program delivery. Contribute to grant applications and publications, ensuring culturally responsive access for underserved populations. Requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, healthcare, gerontology, or human services; Master's preferred. Experience supporting evidence-based program implementation in aging or healthcare is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms is required. Regular, predictable attendance is needed with some flexibility, and the role involves moderate stress and occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, healthcare, gerontology, human services, or a related field
- Experience supporting the implementation, training, or delivery of evidence-based or evidence-informed programs
- Experience preferably in aging, healthcare, caregiving, or social services
- Demonstrated knowledge of the needs of older adults and family/friend caregivers, including those managing chronic health conditions or dementia
- Experience providing training, technical assistance, consultation, or program support to staff, community organizations, or other partners implementing programs or services
- Strong understanding of confidentiality, personal health information, ethical standards, and applicable laws and regulations
- Commitment to working effectively with diverse populations
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working with electronic records
- Comfortable working with web-based applications
- Comfortable working with virtual training platforms
- Ability to work with other technology that support program implementations
