Job Summary
Oversee crisis stabilization shelter programming by maintaining a small caseload, ensuring 24/7 coverage, and providing problem-solving crisis intervention services to survivors of human trafficking. Deliver direct care focused on immediate safety, trauma recovery, and ongoing support while assisting the program coordinator and director with quality improvement reports, staffing coverage, and service delivery. Facilitate educational groups, develop community resource listings, and connect clients to mainstream benefits, income support, and employment services. Provide client transportation, attend community coordination meetings, and complete all required paperwork and data entry within prescribed timelines. Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to agency policies and trauma-informed care principles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- One-year experience in a 24-hour care setting or three years' experience working in social service or related field
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record

- Displays a courteous and caring attitude at all times to the clientele, volunteers, and visitors of the Agency
- Accurately and thoroughly complete all required paperwork and data entry per agency policies and funding guidelines and within prescribed timelines
- Provide client transportation in personal and agency vehicles
- Abides by all specific program and agency procedures, policies, and requirements
- Able to evaluate program services and make recommendations
- Develops personal and program related skills through participation in internal and external training opportunities including printed material and audio and/or visual media
- Create, maintain and share as appropriate a dynamic self-care plan
- Essential functions of this job are to be performed on company physical work site
