Job Summary
Develop and supervise a team handling transportation planning, traffic impact studies, environmental assessments, and operational analysis including micro-simulation. Lead project management for traffic tasks, coordinate internal resources to ensure on-time delivery within budget, and oversee deliverables from junior staff. Maintain client communications, prepare technical reports and presentations, and represent EXP at public and private meetings with municipal Road authorities and MTO. Assist in business development activities to grow the group while contributing to the team culture. Requires a degree in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of experience, P. Eng. designation, and proficiency in Synchro, VISSIM, Aimsum, and EMME. Salary range $106.4K - $141.1K.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of related experience
- Experience with Ontario Municipal Road and Provincial authorities
- Experience with land development
- RAQS (Registry, Appraisal and Qualification System) certification for Traffic Impact Analysis
- Qualifications to certify for RAQS
- P. Eng. designation
- PEO designation
- Experience in project management
- Experience in report preparation
- Experience in client relationship management
- Proficiency in Synchro
- Proficiency in VISSIM
- Proficiency in Aimsum
- Proficiency in EMME
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Ontario driver's license (minimum G2)
