Job Summary
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing support services for Trade Service products, including issuing, advising, and amending letters of credit while processing documentary and direct collections per standards. Guide individuals on complex tasks and prioritize work to provide day-to-day leadership to the team. Assist leaders in training staff on new products, coordinate workflow during leadership absence, and identify opportunities for additional product sales through client referrals. Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues, interact with internal customers, and exercise independent judgment on compliance requirements. Proactively monitor risk, escalate due diligence scenarios, and adhere to BSA/AML, Sanctions, and Anti-boycott policies.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Trade Services support experience
- Equivalent demonstrated through work experience
- Equivalent demonstrated through training
- Equivalent demonstrated through military experience
- Equivalent demonstrated through education
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrates the inter-personal skills to identify and appropriately act upon scenarios requiring escalation or further due diligence
- Experience BSA/AML, Sanctions and Anti-boycott policies and procedures
- Demonstrates an ability to understand and consistently adhere to procedures related to these subjects
- Possess the written and verbal communication skills to provide clear and concise risk escalations
