Job Summary
Own and improve trading processes across the full lifecycle, acting as the link between business teams and technology on the Endur platform. Assess daily needs, identify process gaps, and define improvements while coordinating end-to-end implementation of new products including requirements, impact assessment, and functional design. Plan and execute testing and UAT for new products, process changes, and system releases. Drive continuous improvement of processes across the lifecycle, maintain documentation, and support post-implementation reviews. Translate business needs into system solutions and serve as the interface between stakeholders, IT, Data Teams, and ETRM Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6–10 years experience in energy trading operations, trade process analysis, or business analysis within a trading environment
- Deep understanding of the trade lifecycle front to back (deal capture, validation, risk, scheduling, settlement, invoicing)
- Solid hands-on experience with ETRM systems
- Endur experience
- Proven track record coordinating new product implementations or cross-functional change end-to-end
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and workable system solutions
- Experience with structured testing and UAT coordination
- Strong stakeholder management
- Self-directed, structured, and able to own topics with limited supervision
- High degree of responsibility and independence
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or programming languages
