Job Summary
Lead customs and trade operations workstreams, focusing on Tariff Classification, Special Trade Programs management, and Export Controls processes. Manage a portfolio of trade programs while leading complex global initiatives from planning through execution. Drive cross-functional business processes to improve operational efficiency and strengthen compliance, providing critical visibility to support decision-making and mitigate trade disruptions. Enable strong partner collaboration with Global Trade Network teams and develop training materials to strengthen stakeholder operational readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs and trade-related roles
- U.S. Customs Broker License
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally, including with virtual teams, to build trusted relationships and drive shared outcomes
- Proven ability to lead ad hoc and complex global projects with ambiguous requirements, including process design, implementation, and continuous improvement
- Ability to support International teams
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and be available for early morning and evening calls as required to support business needs
