Job Summary
Lead Tool Maker to mentor and direct a team of Tool Makers and apprentices in the design, build, refurbishment, and reverse engineering of plastic injection molds. Lead plastic injection mold builds from start to finish, provide hands-on direction, guide projects through the shop, and collaborate with project leaders in a climate-controlled, ISO/ITAR-certified environment. Role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, tooling proficiency, CAD interpretation, and teamwork within a 70+ person machining group in Cedarburg, WI. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Journeyman Tool & Die Maker
- Proven expertise in Plastic Injection Molds
- Ability to train and mentor others
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze engineering designs and CAD models
