Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor teachers in the classroom; manage the overall classroom environment to be safe, nurturing, and engaging. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschoolers, maintaining developmentally appropriate practices. Build strong relationships with families and coworkers, communicate children’s adventures and achievements to parents via mobile apps and discussions, and support center goals around enrollment and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of professional LEAD teaching experience preferred
- At least six months of professional teaching experience required
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred
- High school diploma/GED required
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
- Do not respond if you do not have prior experience with toddler aged children 18-24 months
