Job Summary
Lead Toddler Teacher responsible for delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons and maintaining a safe, organized classroom; monitors growth and milestones; communicates with families via a mobile app; collaborates with fellow teachers to foster a happy learning environment. Requires 2+ years of lead-teacher experience in a childcare center and an Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required), plus ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements. Required Qualifications
