Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor teachers in a toddler-focused classroom; manage the learning environment to be safe, nurturing, and engaging. Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum across Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool ages, and communicate progress with families via mobile apps and discussions. Partner with center staff to support enrollment and engagement goals, and build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic learning atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred; at least six months of professional teaching experience required
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred; High school diploma/GED required
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
