Job Summary
Lead Teacher – Toddlers (2.5–3 Year Olds) responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum for toddlers, creating a safe, structured classroom environment, supporting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, and supervising assistant staff. Will observe and document developmental milestones, communicate with families, maintain licensing/health/safety compliance, and lead classroom operations to foster independence and foundational learning. Requires leadership, strong communication, and organizational skills; CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Location: Owens Cross Roads, AL. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (Early Childhood Education coursework or degree preferred)
- Experience working with toddlers (2–3 years old) in a childcare or preschool setting required
- Previous experience in a lead teacher or classroom leadership role preferred
