Job Summary
Create fun, hands-on learning experiences that spark curiosity and foster children's social, emotional, language, and cognitive development. Build meaningful relationships with children and their families while maintaining a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment. Work collaboratively with your teaching team to provide exceptional care and education, celebrating milestones big and small with every child. Requires an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education and previous experience in a licensed daycare. Full-time Monday–Friday schedule at $18.00–$21.00/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience working in a licensed daycare or childcare center
- Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to pass all required background checks and state compliance requirements
