Job Summary
Design toddler classrooms for children ages 16 months to 2.5 years using a Reggio-inspired, collaborative model that allows freedom to curate curriculum around the children's interests. Manage daily operations within an inspiring, beautiful environment while contributing to the organization's vision of elevating the childcare profession. Work flexible 4–10 hour shifts Monday through Friday with no nights or weekends. Requires a CDA, college degree, or 16 qualifying semester credits, plus US work authorization and a Minnesota background study.
Required Qualifications
- a CDA
- college degree (associates, bachelors, or masters)
- a minimum of 16 qualifying semester college credits
- all foreign transcripts must be evaluated by an approved US evaluator
- availability to work 4 - 10 hour shifts (Monday-Friday)
- must be authorized to work in the US
- must pass a MN Department of Human Services background study
