Job Summary
Lead age-appropriate curriculum and plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development while assessing and documenting student progress. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times and monitor their individual growth. Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development or CDA certification preferred. Candidates need 2-5 years of experience in a certified child development center and prior experience with the assigned age group. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with parents and staff are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Prior experience with the assigned age group
