Job Summary
Seeking a passionate Lead Toddler Teacher for our rapidly expanding childcare facility. Must meet educational and experience requirements in early childhood education, and possess excellent communication skills. Offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 45 hours of Child Growth and Development
- 45 hours in Preschool Curriculum (required if Lead for 2-5 year olds)
- 45 hours Infant- Toddler Certificate (required if Lead for 6 wk-24 month olds)
- Minimum of one year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility or 30 college credits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual development
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development or related field (preferred)
