Job Summary
Design engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that make learning feel like play for infants through pre-kindergarten. Guide children through language, literacy, early math, and science discoveries while fostering social-emotional development through positive relationship building. Observe and assess each child's unique developmental progress and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that spark curiosity. Maintain a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels valued by establishing routines and creating displays that inspire exploration. Collaborate with families to support each child's individual growth and ensure all health, safety, and licensing standards are exceeded. This role utilizes the research-based Balanced Learning® approach with fully stocked classrooms and supportive leadership guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Meet local childcare regulatory requirements
- ECE/Lead Teacher credentials required
- Physical ability to actively engage with children (lifting up to 35 lbs.)
