Lead Toddler/2's Early Childhood Teacher

Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities using the Wonder of Learning® curriculum to engage each child's growth. Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment while supervising children during indoor and outdoor activities to uphold health and safety standards. Maintain open communication with families regarding child progress and daily activities, and observe, assess, and document learning to inform future activities. Support Assistant Teachers and Resource Teachers by fostering a collaborative team environment and model positive guidance strategies for social-emotional growth and conflict resolution. Participate actively in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
