Lead Toddler/2's Early Childhood Teacher

Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities using the Wonder of Learning curriculum to engage and support each child's growth. Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment while supervising children during indoor and outdoor activities to uphold health and safety standards. Maintain open communication with families regarding their child's progress and daily activities, and observe, assess, and document children's learning to inform activities. Model positive guidance strategies to support social-emotional growth and conflict resolution, and actively participate in ongoing professional development and training. Collaborate with Assistant Teachers and Resource Teachers to foster a supportive team environment.
