Job Summary
Coordinate vehicle purchasing, title processing, and registration administration, including managing acquisitions, processing customer payments, and maintaining title and escrow records. Post DLR50 transactions, reconcile Subaru invoices, and handle auction and wholesaler transactions while ensuring compliance with dealership, manufacturer, and state tag agency requirements. Manage dealer and company vehicle tag books, perform tag audits, and process out-of-state deals using DLR50. Requires five years of related experience, a valid driver's license with a clean DMV report, and advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel. Reports to the Office Manager and Corporate Controller.
Required Qualifications
- Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulation
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Advanced computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
- Must have a valid Driver's License and maintain clean DMV Report

- Must agree to hold the company harmless for providing such information
- Must understand that employment is for no definite period
- Must understand that termination for unsatisfactory performance during the 90-day introductory period will not result in any Company responsibility for unemployment benefits
- Must understand that completion of the introductory period does not confer any expectation of continued employment
- Must understand that employment will be for no definite period and at-will
- Must certify that all information provided on the application and in any interview is true, complete and accurate
- Must understand that if any information is later found to be false or misleading, they will be dismissed
- Must understand that the Company may obtain a consumer report or reports on them
- Must authorize the Company to obtain such reports for use in connection with the application for employment and for other employment-related reasons
- Must understand that the term consumer report includes credit checks, criminal background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle reports, and investigative consumer reports
- Must understand that the term investigative consumer report means a report in which information on character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates, or with others with whom they are acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information
