Job Summary
Open, operate, and close the thrift store daily while managing sales and processing bank deposits. Train and direct store employees to ensure consistent service standards. Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch by assisting in the overall management of selling donated items, with profits funding youth programs and services. Work weekends as required. This role contributes to the mission of nurturing hope, healing, and resilience for Idaho's youth through accessible programs and services.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 16 years of age
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends
