Job Summary
Lead Therapist responsible for providing patient evaluations and developing therapy treatments, supervising therapists, assistants, and technicians, administering skilled therapy, coordinating team tasks and schedules to achieve business goals, and driving continuous quality improvement in an inpatient rehabilitation setting; requires clinical licensure in PT/OT/SLP and leadership experience as part of a therapy team.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license as PT, OT, or SLP license required.
- BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.
- Minimum three years discipline-specific experience.
- Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certification preferred.
- Leadership experience preferred.
