Job Summary
Lead Therapist with LCSW/LPC credentials requested to supervise individual and group counseling, train new staff, ensure clinical documentation accuracy, and coordinate coverage of shifts. Responsibilities include counseling patients individually or in group settings for psychological, emotional, or substance abuse issues, providing education and social work services, crisis intervention, referrals for aftercare, and disseminating information from management. The role requires bilingual (Spanish and English) capability, current state licensure, CPR and CPI within 30 days, and experience in chemical dependency outpatient care with dual diagnosis when possible. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Rehabilitation Counseling or relevant independent licensure (LCSW, LPC) in state of practice
- Current unencumbered clinical licensure in the state applicable to the facility
- Spanish and English bilingual required
- CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days
- Experience in chemical dependency outpatient care with dual diagnosis preferred
- Strong clinical skills
