Lead Therapist - Bluffside Men's Recovery

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and ASAM multidimensional assessments, formulate DSM-5 diagnostic impressions, and determine medical necessity for admission, transfer, and discharge decisions. Deliver integrated, trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT through individual, family, and group therapy while managing a clinical caseload of complex adult men with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Serve as a clinical mentor and resource for the treatment team by providing coaching on assessment, treatment planning, and documentation; assist with therapist onboarding, training, and the development of clinical curricula. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, utilization reviews, and case consultations to support sustained recovery outcomes and ensure compliance with Iowa Administrative Code and payer requirements.
