Job Summary

Conduct weekly group facilitation and lead clinical staff training on evidence-based practices like Motivational Interviewing. Review assessments, develop comprehensive problem lists, and present diagnostic information to the treatment team. Monitor chart deficiencies, ensure accurate documentation of patient progress, and enforce compliance with federal, state, and local standards. Participate in multidisciplinary treatment plan meetings, family therapy sessions, and interdisciplinary reviews. Address psychiatric crises, respond to medical emergencies, and manage caseload assignments for clinicians. Maintain open communication with referring facilities, community agencies, and families while supporting staff development and program improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology or related human services field
  • Two years of work experience in mental health field
  • Licensure and/or (Intern License) to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable, required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor and/or Certified Addiction Professional
  • Demonstrates Proficiency in Communication & Written skills
  • Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes Regarding Patient Confidentiality laws
  • Knowledge of Drug-Free Workplace Policies
  • Knowledge of Workplace Violence
  • Knowledge of Corporate Integrity & Compliance Program
  • Familiar with community resources
